Next Wednesday 29th November at 18:00h, we will live a wonderful experience with a pairing tasting offered by the stall El 19 de San Miguel together with Quesoba. The tasting will be led by sommelier María José Huertas together with fromelier José María Alonso and will provide us with an excellent opportunity to delve into the world of wine-cheese pairing.

During the afternoon, we will taste Finca Resalso 2022 Ribera del Duero, Cune Reserva 2018 Rioja and Izadi Larrosa white Rioja, accompanied by five cheeses to pair with the wines.

We will taste Rodanoble, a sheep cheese produced in Albacete, Cerro del Ángel, also a sheep cheese produced in Cuenca, Vega de San Martín, a goat cheese from the capital, Picón, a cow cheese from Cantabria and Quesoba’s cow cheese, produced at its cheese factory in the Soba Valley, in Cantabria.
