Get to know and support our Solidarity Project
For the last five years, Mercado de San Miguel has been collaborating with AUARA, a water charity brand. Together, we have promoted initiatives that not only seek to refresh our visitors, but also to contribute to causes that we are passionate about.
One of these causes is our own solidarity project, focused on the expansion of a vegetable garden in Malawi. Because it is so important to us, we want to dedicate the remainder of the year to raising awareness of AUARA’s wonderful work and our commitment to Malawi. To this end, we have created the Water Talks, a series of talks that will take place on the last Wednesdays of September, October and November.
The Water Talks will include:
- Malawi Project: 25 September
- Importance of Water: 30 October
- Entrepreneurship: 27 November
Each talk will start at 18:30 on Island 6 of our Market. You will learn more about our project in Malawi, the crucial importance of water in our lives and hear inspiring stories of entrepreneurship.
