After a few months without carrying out our beloved “Market Days”, we are very excited to return next Wednesday, February 23 at 18:00 h.

This initiative aims to make known the great diversity of cuisines that meet every day in this historic market, open to welcome all those who want to live a unique experience.

We resumed our activities with a tasting pairing offered by  El 19 de San Miguel along with Quesoba stalls. The tasting will be led by sommelier María José Huertas and will give us an excellent opportunity to enter the world of wine-cheese pairing.

On this occasion, we will taste Monopole and Finca Resalso, accompanied by three cheeses to pair the wines.

We will try the cow cheese of Quesoba, which produces in its cheese factory in the Soba valley, in Cantabria, a goat cheese from the cheese factory of the Church, in Valencia and a cured sheep cheese from a cheese factory in Madrid: Quesería Marqués de Mendiola.
