Tasting of Sorlut Oysters and Cheese Flowers
Today we held a very special tasting featuring different varieties of Daniel Sorlut oysters, paired with a carefully selected white wine to enhance their nuances. In addition, we offered a curated selection of cheeses from our Quesoba stand, presented in a unique way: transformed into cheese flowers, an original preparation that surprised all attendees with its presentation and flavor.
To conclude the experience, guests enjoyed a combined tasting in which they tried an oyster topped with a cheese flower — a proposal that stood out for its balance and originality.
Thanks to the participation of press and influencers, the event became an exceptional gastronomic gathering, full of interaction and shared moments. Under the coordination of Eva María Rodrigo Sánchez, director of the gastronomic agency Vayro, the event not only stood out for the quality of the products and the innovation in the presentations, but also for its ability to connect with the audience and convey the essence of our work.
