Last Tuesday, February 25, stall 19 at San Miguel hosted an exclusive wine tasting, paired with a selection of cheeses from Quesoba. Attendees had the opportunity to enjoy a unique experience guided by sommelier María José Huertas, who explained the details and characteristics of each wine:
• Izadi Larrosa Blanco, Rioja: A fresh and fruity wine, perfect to start the tasting.
• Habla del Silencio Tinto, Extremadura: Full-bodied with spicy notes, a red wine that surprised everyone.
• Cvne Reserva Tinto, Rioja: Elegant and complex, the perfect way to end the tasting on a high note.
The cheeses that accompanied the tasting were:
• Los Tiemblos Cantabrian Cream Cheese: Smooth and creamy, made with pasteurized cow’s milk.
• Dulcinea Aged Cheese: Made with raw sheep’s milk, featuring hints of dried fruits.
• Puerto Carrillo Goat’s Milk Cheese: A touch of acidity that delighted all palates.
It was a wonderful evening where attendees could savor the art of wine and cheese in a unique setting. Thank you all for joining us—stay tuned for more events like this!
