Since 1895, the family business Carrasco Guijuelo has been working with high quality pork. Their Iberian ham comes from a careful selection of fine meats. More than 25 years ago, Carrasco Guijuelo decided to create their own breed of pasture-raised Iberian pigs that was able to cause new sensations among consumers of Iberian ham.

At their stand in the Mercado de San Miguel, in addition to Iberian ham, you can enjoy other meats and sausages including salchichón, fuet, longaniza, butifarra and chorizo.
