Tatun arrives at the market to become the new mecca of wild bluefin tuna.

With the collaboration of the pastry chef of Chiclana de la Frontera Dani Ramos, famous for his custom breads for haute cuisine and Petaca Chico, the company of Conil worldwide reference in products of Almadraba, TATUN will offer a proposal where tuna will be the protagonist.

This stand will be dedicated exclusively to the wild bluefin tuna of almadraba and you would be able to taste dishes such as the Taco tuna vitellato, the Mini brioche of turmeric with tarantelo, San Lucar Tuna Tiradito or Brioche Bread in squid ink with creamy payoyo cheese and tuna tartar, gourmet creations that enter by the eyes and seduce by their flavor. In addition, you would be able to taste the Ham of the sea.
