Arzábal Croquetería

Arzábal opened its doors on May 6th, 2009 in a small storefront located at #2 Calle Doctor Castelo in the Retiro quarter.

Within one year, the team had grown from just 5 employees to 32. Currently, more than 160 people are employed at Arzábal Retiro, Menéndez Pelayo and the group’s other restaurants (Arzábal Museo Reina Sofía and the Japanese restaurant Kirikata).

At the Arzábal croquette trolley, you can choose from croquettes made with Iberian ham, Idiazábal cheese, porcini mushrooms or cod. Enjoy them in the market or get some to go.
