QUESOBA is an artisan cheese factory that produces cheeses of different formats and refinements, using mountain pasture milk. Cheeses registered with the optional quality differentiated “mountain product” made with raw milk, semi-soft paste and natural molds on the rind.

They offer visitors to the Mercado de San Miguel a selection of the best country and artisan cheeses from Spain and Europe mainly. Elaborated skewers, boards of different sizes, as well as whole cheeses in small formats of lactic fermentation, you can also buy them to take away and there are boxes with different wedges to send.

They rotate the different types of cheeses so that visitors can always find different cheeses and thus have access to the great diversity of quality cheeses and get to know the small productions.
